Little Maggie picks are made to fit the smaller hands of ladies (and even children).
Little Maggie Bluegrass Banjo Finger picks are made using the finest German Nickel Silver, 24 gauge .020" - .508MM. The smooth-band design provides a comfortable fit. And the long blade length takes the stress out of picking by adding strength and volume to each stroke.
The German Nickel Silver picks are individually polished and each one is formed by hand - as were a number of high-quality finger picks in the 1940s and 1950s.The practice seems to have mostly disappeared in favor of less expensive processes, but the results have never equaled the great tone and clarity of the picks from that era.
The picks can be further enhanced by the application of either ACN plating or a plating of silver.
ACN- Acid Copper Nickel) over german nickel silver gives an exceptionally bright, shiny finish and a more mellow tone. This is the pick you need for delicate, sensitive playing!
Double Silver is just what it sounds like. The original german nickel silver is enhanced with a plating of silver.

Measure the circumference of your finger just above the cuticle and use the following guide:
Medium - 1 3/4" (44mm) up to 2 1/8" (54mm)
Large - 2 " (51mm) to 2 1/2" (65mm)
